My presence lingers. I continue to post in a much diminished capacity. My break seems to have cooled my nerves. I will try to be a little more level-headed. As such....
I ain't concerned. Tracking polls aren't without any meaning at all, of course, but they are useful really only for measuring trends if you take a broad enough perspective. Gallup just released a new non-tracking poll.

There will be outliers, folks. Barack Obama will have the occasional bad week and John McCain will have the occasional good week. It happens.
Keep it in perspective. Keep working hard. We are winning, but we haven't won yet.
But again, I ain't concerned.
John McCain should be concerned, however. A poll of Alaska just came out. Obama 45, McCain 40, Barr 2. http://www.pollster.com/blogs/poll_hays_alaska_867.php. Wowza.
